By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, engaging our services, or entering into a project agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Jefkeltech

Jefkeltech is a digital agency providing creative and technology services, including:

  • Website design and development

  • Web application development

  • Mobile application development

  • UI/UX design

  • Brand identity design

  • Logo and graphic design

  • Website maintenance and support

  • Digital consulting

  • Other related digital solutions

Specific services provided to a client will be determined by the agreed quotation, proposal, scope of work, contract, or project agreement.


2. Use of Our Website

You may use the Jefkeltech website for lawful purposes only.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems

  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful technologies

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute website content without permission

3. Project Enquiries and Quotations

When you contact Jefkeltech regarding a project, we may request information about your business, objectives, requirements, preferred functionality, content, design preferences, and budget.

Any quotation or estimate provided by Jefkeltech is based on the information available to us at the time.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • A quotation is not a guarantee that a project will be accepted.

  • Quotations may have an expiry period.

  • Additional requirements may result in additional charges.

  • Third-party costs may not be included in our quotation.

  • The final scope, price, timeline, and deliverables will be determined by the agreed project documentation.

A project will generally commence only after the required acceptance, agreement, deposit, or payment has been received.


4. Scope of Work

Each project will have an agreed scope of work outlining the services and deliverables to be provided.

The scope may include:

  • Number of pages or screens

  • Design concepts

  • Development features

  • Functional requirements

  • Branding deliverables

  • Content requirements

  • Integrations

  • Revisions

  • Maintenance or support

  • Estimated delivery timeframe

Work requested outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may incur additional fees.

We will communicate significant changes to the scope and, where appropriate, obtain client approval before proceeding.


5. Project Timelines

Jefkeltech will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the agreed timeframe.

However, project timelines may be affected by:

  • Delays in receiving content or information from the client

  • Delays in receiving approvals or feedback

  • Changes to project requirements

  • Delays caused by third-party services

  • Hosting or domain issues

  • Payment delays

  • Technical issues outside our reasonable control

  • Events beyond our control

Where delays occur because required information, content, approvals, or payments have not been provided on time, the project deadline may be adjusted accordingly.


6. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver a project effectively, the client agrees to provide accurate and timely:

  • Business information

  • Text and website content

  • Images and videos

  • Logos and brand assets

  • Product or service information

  • Domain and hosting information where applicable

  • Access credentials where necessary

  • Feedback and approvals

  • Other materials reasonably required for the project

The client is responsible for ensuring that materials supplied to Jefkeltech do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, copyright, trademark, or other rights of third parties.

Jefkeltech is not responsible for delays resulting from the client’s failure to provide required information, materials, approvals, or access.


7. Payments and Fees

Project fees will be communicated in the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, or project agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Jefkeltech may require an initial deposit before commencing work.

Depending on the project, payment may be structured as:

  • Upfront payment

  • Milestone payments

  • Deposit and final balance

  • Monthly or recurring payments

  • Another mutually agreed payment arrangement

The client is responsible for making payments by the agreed due dates.

Jefkeltech may pause work where an agreed payment is overdue.

Where a project is suspended because of outstanding payment, the delivery timeline may be adjusted accordingly.


8. Additional Work and Changes

Changes requested after approval of a design, feature, or project stage may be considered additional work where they fall outside the original scope.

Additional work may include:

  • New pages or screens

  • New features

  • Significant design changes

  • New integrations

  • Additional branding materials

  • Changes to previously approved designs

  • Reworking completed sections

  • Additional content entry

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed allowance

Additional work may require a revised quotation or additional fee before the work is undertaken.


9. Design Revisions and Approval

Where revisions are included in a project, the number of revision rounds will be determined by the agreed project scope.

The client is responsible for reviewing submitted designs and providing consolidated feedback within a reasonable period.

Once a design or project stage has been approved, subsequent changes may be treated as additional work.

Approval may be provided through email, messaging platforms, project management systems, or other agreed communication channels.


10. Website Content

Unless expressly included in the project scope, Jefkeltech does not guarantee to provide or create all content required for a client’s website.

The client may be responsible for providing:

  • Website copy

  • Product descriptions

  • Images

  • Videos

  • Legal documents

  • Policies

  • Testimonials

  • Pricing information

  • Contact information

  • Other business-specific content

The client is responsible for ensuring that content supplied to Jefkeltech is accurate, lawful, and appropriately licensed.


11. Domain Names and Hosting

Where Jefkeltech assists with domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, email hosting, or other third-party services, such services may be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party provider.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Jefkeltech does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party hosting, domain registration, APIs, plugins, payment gateways, email systems, or other external services.

Third-party fees may be separate from Jefkeltech’s service fees.


12. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Some projects may require third-party technologies or services, including:

  • Hosting providers

  • Domain registrars

  • Payment gateways

  • WordPress or other CMS platforms

  • Plugins and extensions

  • APIs

  • Email services

  • Analytics services

  • Cloud services

  • Social media platforms

  • Software subscriptions

Jefkeltech may recommend or integrate third-party services where appropriate.

However, we are not responsible for changes, interruptions, pricing, security issues, limitations, or failures caused by third-party providers.

Where a third-party subscription is required, the client may be responsible for maintaining the relevant subscription.


13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Jefkeltech retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, systems, frameworks, reusable components, methodologies, templates, code libraries, processes, and other materials developed independently of the client’s project.

Upon full payment for a project, ownership of the final client-specific deliverables will be transferred to the client to the extent agreed in the applicable project agreement.

Jefkeltech may retain rights to reusable development techniques, frameworks, tools, libraries, processes, and non-client-specific components used to create the project.


14. Client-Supplied Materials

The client retains ownership of materials provided to Jefkeltech, including:

  • Logos

  • Photographs

  • Videos

  • Written content

  • Trademarks

  • Business documents

  • Other intellectual property

By providing these materials, the client grants Jefkeltech permission to use them as reasonably necessary to provide the contracted services.

The client confirms that it has the necessary rights and permissions to provide such materials.
